Attention! Another warning against the JoyTrust broker scam!

We have warned against the JoyTrust (www.joytrust.net) broker scam several times. The German regulator BaFin investigates the fraud, and its operator, the UK-registered Top Suite Ltd. The boiler room agents of JoyTrust contact potential victims falsely claiming that they would have a high balance on their Blockchain.com wallet and only need to pay a $250 conversion fee to unlock it. As proof, they sent a copy of a fake ID of a Blockchain.com employee called Robert Mendes. The JoyTrust scam is still actively attacking consumers. The Austrian FMA issued a new warning.

Investor warning against INT International Traders broker scam!

The German regulator BaFin has issued a warning against the INT International Traders broker scam. The operators are allegedly Finex Group Ltd and ZMARKET Ltd. On the INT International Traders platform, it is falsely claimed that the broker would be supervised by BaFin. As payment processors, we found behind Lax Exchange, AvalanchePay, Paypound, Neobanq, Kryptova, and others. However, some of the payment options have not been working in our latest review. The company was founded by Wilfred Services Ltd, which is well known to our readers. The FinancEX scam is promoted today by the fraudulent YuanPay campaign. As a scam-facilitating payment processor, we have discovered the infamous NeoBanQ. Stay far away from this white-label scam and save yourself from losing your money in these difficult times.

From there, potential victims are redirected to a website connected with the Domain https://automaticinvestmentreviews.com for registration. Upon registration, one is then directed directly to the payment page of ErfolgreichFX. Stay far away.

The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued a warning against the broker scam IGC Trades (www.igctrades.com). The operator is allegedly International Markets Management Ltd which we already know from other scams like FXGbp Markets. We also found out during today's review that InvestArea (https://investarea.com) scam also belongs to this network. We have discovered Paypound, Kryptova, Neobanq, and others as payment processors. Stay far away from these scams.

Fake regulators! German BaFin investigates Invest Area broker scam!

Earlier this week, the Spanish CNMV and the Italian Consob have issued warnings against Invest Area (www.investarea.com) and blocked the website, respectively. The German BaFin followed suit and announced an investigation into the scam broker, which works with fake regulatory certificates and bogus regulators. The Estonian citizen Urmas Lemsalu is registered as this entity's director and beneficial owner. We have already issued a warning against JoyTrust on May 14, 2021 (see notice here). The German regulator BaFin has followed our warning and announced investigations against the illegal broker JoyTrust (www.joytrust.net) and its operator, the UK registered Top Suite Ltd. According to our research, the JoyTrust scam has been active since 2020 with various payment processors such as iPayTotal or NeoBanQ. The illegal broker works with the Israeli PROFTIT CRM platform.

NeoBanQ is one of the most aggressive scam-facilitating payment processors for credit and debit card processing. To name a few, Apollo Finances, Fortexo, ProfitMarket, ProAktivMarket, or StatusMarkets we have uncovered in the last few weeks. Often NeoBanQ works in combination with BridgerPay cashier. NeoBanQ is operated through an unregulated legal entity in the United Kingdom and controlled by Billy Eldridge. Since its launch in early 2020, the payment processor has facilitated dozens of major scams.

German BaFin investigates Apollos Finance scam and its operators

FinTelegram has already warned about Apollo Finances several times. Now German BaFin is investigating the scam. The Apollo Finances broker scam is operated with the domains www.apollofinances.com and www.apolofinance.com by MGX Consalt Group Ltd, registered in the Marshall Islands. The payment processor PayTechno of the Israeli Asaf Itzak Rubin, which facilitates the scam, also lists this offshore company as a merchant.
