The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued a warning against the CryptBull broker scam. Therefore, we took a closer look at the broker. In our review on April 5, 2022, we found that there is no indication about the operators or the competent jurisdiction on the website. Instead, we found the payment processors NeoBanq, Gateway, and SecurePaymentGateway. Customers can lose their money via credit and debit cards. Stay away and save yourself financial losses!

Warning! GoldenGates broker scam facilitated by BridgerPay

The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued a warning against the broker scam GoldenGates a/k/a GoldenGates Global on March 22, 2022. The website does not provide any information about the operators. It only refers to the Marshall Islands as the relevant jurisdiction. In addition, an address and two phone numbers in the UK are given. The only payment processor we discovered is the Cypriot-Israeli BridgerPay by Ran Cohen. Stay far away from this scam.

Spanish Watchdog CNMV warns against GlobalspotFX and Trade Com

The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued an investor warning against the scam broker GlobalspotFX (www.globalspotfx.com). The scam is allegedly operated by Trade Com Limited for an office in London. As a payment provider we have found the Russian PayeCards (www.payecards.com). Already in July 2020, the Italian regulator CONSOB had issued a warning against the scam.

Spanish regulator CNMV has issued a warning against Iconic Capital broker scam on March 28, 2022. The operator is allegedly Effervescent Group Ltd in St. Vincent & The Grenadines. Potential victims may lose their money via deposits using credit and debit cards and cryptocurrencies. As payment processors, we have discovered the US-African fintech unicorn Flutterwave behind the payment integrator AvalanchePay. Stay far away from Iconic Capital, save your money and your mental health!
