Attention! Stay away from Crypto Brokers!

One day before X-Mas 2021, German regulator BaFin has announced an investigation against crypto trading platform Crypto Brokers (www.crypto-brokers.de), which operates without a license. The broker is operated by CBrokers Technology Limited, registered in the UK since October 2021. The Austrian Stefan Kern, born in May 1975, runs and controls this UK entity. Without authorization, Crypto Brokers offers crypto trading services to clients like Kraken or Coinbase.

Consob issued pre X-Mas warnings against 15 illegal financial websites!

On December 20, 2021, the Italian regulator Consob issued a warning against a total of 15 websites that offer illegal financial services or are scams. In contrast to the last weeks, Consob did not announce a blackout of the websites. Among those warned is also the offshore broker Moneta Markets and its operator Vantage Global Limited. In addition, the Italian regulator has also warned about several fraudulent Bitcoin marketing campaigns. Below is the list of the latest warnings:

Cryptobango (www.cryptobango.com) crypto scheme is active with various brands and domains. So far, we have discovered FXTrade InvestPro (https://fxtrade-investpro.com) and Forex Experts (https://forexexpertsinvest.com). The UK FCA has warned against the last two (see here and here). The scheme offers investors various investment plans that promise up to 30% profits within a few hours. Supposedly, the money is invested in crypto mining. This is complete bullshit. Stay far away.

Crypto Investor Alert - Do not fall for eTradeLimited, JCGlobal Invest, and TAAL Trading crypto investment schemes. Like Cascadia-Capital and TMF Investments, which we recently warned about, eTradeLimited, JCGlobal Invest, and TAAL Trading offer various investment plans with which you can supposedly earn 200% (!!!) within a few days. How is that supposed to work even theoretically? These ridiculous ROI promises can't even take place in a bullish crypto market. These promises are simply scams on extremely naive consumers. Investor warning against the TMF Investments crypto investment scheme!

Tmf Investments LLC is an U.S. broker-dealer registered with the U.S. SEC, CIK #000179650,a nd FINRA. This company allegedly operates the TMF Investments crypto investment scheme (www.tmf-investments.com) offering investment plans that are supposed to bring investors up to 25% profit within just 72 hours. TMF Investment looks like a clone of Cascadia-Capital crypto scams that we warned about recently. Most likely, both are operated by the same scammers.

Urgent Alert! Do not fall for the Cascadia-Capital investment scam

Cascadia-Capital (www.cascadia-capital.com) claims to be an investment platform that would bring high returns to investors through a trade automation system. They offer several investment plans that are supposed to bring up to 35% profit in just 96 hours. These promises are complete bullshit. Victims can currently only deposit via Bitcoins (BTC). The website claims that the operator would be a U.S. company in California. Currently, the scammers promote their fraud massively advertised via Telegram. Please do not fall for it.

The UK FCA currently focuses on the crypto segment when it comes to investor protection. This approach is justified given the ongoing hype. More and more scams and multi-level marketing investment schemes rely on cryptocurrencies. Investors are increasingly suffering from FOMO syndrome and turning off their minds. The FCA has issued a warning against CryptoLegalMiners and CryptoFXexpertMiners. Stay very, very far away.

The UK FCA has again issued warnings against two unregulated crypto trading schemes. These are CryptoMarginPro (www.cryptomarginpro.com), operated by the offshore entity PO TRADE LTD, registered in Saint Lucia, and TradeCryptoVariety (www.tradecryptovariety.com), which TradeCryptoVariety Ltd allegedly operates in Sweden. However, the website gives an address in San Diego, United States. Stay Far Away; we believe these schemes are scams!
