Urgent warning against High Net Group Ltd, SinaraCorp, and its vast scam network!

The Austrian FMA recently issued an investor warning against the SinaraCorp broker scam. The alleged operator is the Marshall Islands-registered offshore entity High Net Group Ltd. We already know this company and the scammer network as operators of a vast network of scams like TrustFina, Cryptansa, or SelfKings. These scams have been massively promoted via fraudulent campaigns like YuanPay or Bitcoin Circuit in recent months. Please do not fall for them and keep your money and data.

Wartime! European regulators order closing of the European subsidiary of Russian Sberbank

The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) on the instructions of the European Central Bank (ECB) issued a decision prohibiting the licensed credit institution Sberbank Europe AG. The regulator has appointed a Government Commissioner to supervise the liquidation of the bank. Sberbank Europe AG, s subsidiary of the Russian state-owned Sberbank in Moscow, is a significant institution in the European Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM) and is directly supervised by the ECB.

Ukraine War – Failure of the European subsidiary of Russian Sberbank imminent!

The European headquarters of the state-owned Russian Sberbank is located in Austria. The European Central Bank ECB warned that Sberbank Europe is likely to fail because of economic difficulties. Therefore, the Austrian FMA, as the national resolution authority, on behalf of the competent European bank resolution authority, the Single Resolution Board (SRB) based in Brussels, has imposed a moratorium on Sberbank Europe with immediate effect.

The same cybercrime organization operates these and other scams!

Another warning against broker scam Tredexo facilitated by Paypound!

Early December 2021, FinTelegram warned against the Tredexo (www.tredexo.com) broker scam attacking victims in English and German. ABAX Inc., registered in St. Vincent & The Grenadines, is allegedly the operator. Notorious Paypound is one of the payment processors. Potential victims can lose their money via credit and debit cards and Bitcoin deposits. The Austrian FMA followed FinTelegram and issued a warning against Tredexo. Stay far away and keep your money.

Attention! Another warning against broker scam Soloprime!

Lately, we reported that the German BaFin has announced investigations against the scam broker Soloprime (https://soloprime.co) attacking consumers in English, Italian, and German. The Austrian FMA issued another warning against the scam. The website does not provide information about the operators or the competent jurisdiction. However, we are sure that the Cypriot-Israeli high-risk payment processor BridgerPay of Ran Cohen has this information. IGC Markets is a very aggressive scam broker deploying fraudulent marketing campaigns such as Elite Trader or Bitcoin Loophole to chase victims. The offshore entity MaxxMedia LLC, registered in St. Vincent & The Grenadines, is the alleged operator. Several European regulators have already issued warnings against the scam. In December 2021, the UK FCA issued a warning and on 7 Jan 2022, the German BaFin announced investigations. Below is another update.

The XTrader24 Case – Wirecard and the money-laundering question!

The Austrian FMA revoked XTrader24's permission to trade cryptocurrencies on December 16, 2021. According to the regulator, there were numerous, severe violations of the Money Laundering Act. FinTelegram has reported on this. At first glance, the revocation does not look spectacular. However, the XTrader24 case becomes spectacular when you look at the Wirecard background, which occupies parliaments and the judiciary in Germany and Austria.

Breaking News- Austrian regulator closes crypto exchange in Wirecard environment

The Austrian crypto trading platform XTrader24 a/k/a CoinFinder was founded by a former police officer and a soldier. They established a private investigation company in Vienna and worked for Wirecard. or private detectives, received a license from the Austrian Financial Market Authority FMA in June 2020. Due to numerous, serious violations of the Austrian Money Laundering Act, the FMA revoked the license on 16 Dec 2021. The police officers behind XTrader24 are said to have spied on critics for Wirecard.

FMA follows FinTelegram and warns against a clone of CySEC-regulated Charlgate!

Some clones of regulated financial service providers are currently active and chase naive victims. These clones are imposters and use the logos, brands, and credentials of the regulated companies and work with similar domains. Our whistleblowers recently noticed this with ATFX and CharlGate and informed us. This valued information enabled us to issue an investor warning against the CharlGate clone. Most recently, the FMA followed suit and warned against CharlGate. Be cautious and stay far away!

Attention! Austrian regulator warns against Red Rock Investment scheme

The Austrian FMA has issued a warning against the Red Rock Investment scheme. It operates without authorization and offers a vast portfolio of financial investments for consumers on its website, such as stocks, bonds, ETF, and crypto. Red Rock Investment Management GmbH, registered in Vienna, is the operator of the scheme. Torsten Kratz and Michael Bachmann are the registered managing directors. The scheme is part of the public-listed German Red Rock Capital Group.

Investor warning against a clone of CySEC-regulated ATFX Global!

After ten days without any warning issued, the FMA resumed its obligations and issued several warnings. Among them is one against the broker scam ATFX Global which attacks German-speaking investors with the domain www.atfxglobal.info. The scam also goes as TraderDesk and ATFX Users Portal 24 (https://users-portal.com). The operator of the scam is allegedly Cyprus-registered ATFX Global Markets (CY) Ltd. This is an investment firm regulated by CySEC with license number 285/15 that operates the ATFX broker with the approved domain www.atfx.eu.
