Attention! LionFXM broker scam facilitated by Bity, CoinDeck, and Paypound

n March 28, 2022, Italian regulator Consob announced that it had ordered the blackout of the LionFXM website. The website states AXA Business Solutions Ltd as the operator, which is supposedly registered in St. Vincent & The Grenadines. However, we did not find the company in the Financial Services Authority (FSA) directory in SVG. The payment processors we found are Bity, CoinDeck, Paypound, Stripe and others. Deposits can be made with creditcards, bank wire, and crypto.

Consob Monday! Italian regulator ordered black-out of six illegal financial websites!

Monday is Consob day! On 28 March 2022, and like clockwork, the Italian regulator issued orders to blackout six websites illegally offering financial services bringing the total number of websites blacked out since July 2019 to 663. Regulators in other regimes can only issue warnings against illegal providers. Consob can order Internet providers to block their websites for the Italian market. It would be desirable if other regulators were authorized by their legislators to issue such blackouts.

Way too late! German BaFin warns against vanished broker scam

In early Jan 2022, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) issued a warning against the TradingBloom broker scam. The fake company Bloomb Trading Facility B.V. is stated on the website as the operator, acting as a clone of the AFM-licensed Bloomberg Trading Facility B.V. Other regulators such as the Italian Consob or the Belgian FSMA re-published the warning. Recently, the Spanish CNMV has issued a warning. A few hours ago, the German BaFin finally issued a warning. Too late!

Urgent warning! Russian Binarium scam brokers still hunting Western consumers!

Amid the Ukraine War, the Russian Binarium broker scam continues its attacks. Legal entities in Cyprus and St. Vincent & the Grenadines operate the scam targeting consumers in Europe, North America, and Asia. In Dec 2021, the Italian Consob ordered the blackout of Binarium's websites for Italian consumers. The boiler rooms operate with Russian phone numbers and are located in Russia, Latvia, and Ukraine. The scam works with Russian payment processors and cryptocurrencies. Stay far away!

In Dec 2021, Consob issued a warning against forex and crypto broker SimpleFX. The German BaFin followed in Feb 2022. SimpleFX Ltd, registered in St. Vincent & The Grenadines, is allegedly the operator of this illegal broker. Deposits are only possible via cryptocurrencies. No chargeback here! SimpleFX is super-aggressively active on Facebook, TikTok, and other social media and message platforms. The broker is trying to acquire new deposits with aggressive emails. Please do not fall for it.
